Important dates:

  • 3 January 2024: deadline registrations for BSMO members (dues paid for 2023) to take advantage of a complimentary hotel room > subject to availability, first-come, first-served
  • 15 January 2024: extended deadline abstract submission
  • Week of 22 January 2024: notifications to abstract authors will be sent
  • 29 January 2024: deadline Annual Meeting registrations
  • 31 May 2024: deadline renewal membership 2024
