Important dates:

  • 31 May 2024: deadline renewal membership 2024
  • 3 January 2025: deadline registrations for BSMO effective and Junior MiT members (dues paid for 2024) to take advantage of a complimentary hotel room > subject to availability, first-come, first-served
  • 6 January 2025: deadline abstract submission
  • Week of 20 January 2025: notifications to abstract authors will be sent
  • 27 January 2025: deadline Annual Meeting registrations
